Return Period

Fatohan Fragrances offers a 10-day return policy. You have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original condition, with no more than 5% usage.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges

To ensure you receive the correct item, return the item you have and, once the return is processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
